Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Items Not Received

If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you.
